Return or Exchange Policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Unworn ponchos may be exchanged for a different size. The poncho must be returned at customer’s expense in its original and unwashed condition. Please contact me within three days of marked delivery if there is a problem.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • ponchos with customized lengths or added features
  • hats

Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery date.

Request an order cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

Processing Times

Ready-to-ship items will be mailed within two days of order receipt. Custom items will be handmade for you after you place your order. Production times vary, so please check item description for accurate turnaround times. Contact me if you need an item by a certain date.

Shipping Times

All ponchos are mailed within the U.S. via Priority Mail. Delivery usually takes 2-3 days. I cannot, however, guarantee any delivery dates or times once the order has left my studio.

Order to Canada are mailed via First Class International Mail. Delivery takes 1-3 weeks. I cannot guarantee any delivery dates or times once the order has left my studio. Customers are responsible for any customs charges.
